An open letter

Dear Red Wings,

That really, really sucked.

Yours truly,

The Procrastinator

P.S. Really? Really?

I'm grateful for Italian (?) spam (20). I knew I liked Italian sausage. But Italian spam too?

So speaking of sports...

When was the last time you saw the refs in football forget what down it is???

Where do they get these Big 10 refs?

I asked my sister about your spam. She has this to say: "basically they are saying that on the google blog what was written was a very interesting post. then it is basically a promotional post about a service provider (i'm guessing something about VOIP) which sort of reimburses your connection time or something - you have to pay up front and then, for example, the cost is 20 cents for every hour you are connected with the possibility of connection to 2100 different cities in Brazil. the rest is laying out the options for this service and it is Brazilian I assume, and this is written in Portuguese I am guessing, it's really just asking for you to add this link to the blog. and pretty much a spam reply."

Gotta love spam...

z-man: I had almost forgotten about that. What I wonder, is why did the guy announce to everyone that it was third down before he went and checked it out? Wouldn't it make more sense to check it out, and then if he was wrong (which he was) people would just wonder what he was checking instead of this way in which everyone gets to call him a moron? I've thought about this maybe a little more than it merits.

mehen: Wow. Thanks. I was trying to figure out who I might know that could give me an idea of what that was saying. I had totally forgotten about your sister. And from the sound of it, spam is spam no matter what language it's written in. Perhaps it's the new universal language?
